Shametrice Davis

Shametrice Davis is an Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at California State University, Long Beach. Her research focuses on intersections of individual and organizational identity. Integral to her research is a strengths-based approach to researching successful operations at historically Black colleges and universities.
