Talia Esnard

Talia Esnard (Ph.D. Sociology) is a senior lecturer and current Head of the Department of Behavioural Sciences, The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus in Trinidad and Tobago. Her research centres on women, work, and organisations. She has (co)authored and edited books on the tenure process, diversity, and inclusion, mentoring, and female entrepreneurship.
