Dr Jessica Hadjis van Thiel is a Research Fellow at the University of Sussex and Director of the Intergenerational Exchange Programme (IGEP). She is a sustainability strategist specialising in behaviour change, participatory methods, and intergenerational approaches to social transformation. Her work spans academia, government, and practice contexts, and focuses on how dialogue-based approaches can strengthen wellbeing, civic participation, and inclusive community change.
