Researcher in Intercultural Management
Min Young Choi is a researcher in intercultural management and holds a PhD from Gustave Eiffel University, France. Her research examines how cultural and organisational contexts shape interaction and cooperation in intercultural encounters, with particular emphasis on the transformation of workplace values in response to social and generational change. Employing interpretive methodologies, she has conducted empirical studies in multinational organisations, focusing on intercultural and intergenerational dynamics. Her work also contributes to the decolonisation of intercultural management by questioning the dominance of the standardised management model and foregrounding emic perspectives and culturally grounded approaches to organisational cooperation.
