Dr Victoria Bromley is an Associate in the School of Education and Social Work at the University of Sussex and lead researcher with the Intergenerational Exchange Programme (IGEP). A registered social worker, she designs and facilitates intergenerational workshops that use creative, participatory methods to foster meaningful connections. Her research explores power, discourse, and solution-focused approaches to strengthen social connection and community cohesion, and to promote equity throughout society.
